Project Management

Every study needs a point person to keep the team focused and moving efficiently towards the goals.  The selection of the right Project Manager is the first step to ensuring the timely deliverables within the established study budget.

Skills

Our Project Managers are research professionals with a minimum of a Masters Level education and many are PMP certified.  They are adept at working with both sponsor companies and CROs.  All are versed in budget and timeline projections, vendor management and monitoring/coordinating of tasks from site selection through regulatory submission.

Planning

Planning across departments to meet various endpoints and projected timelines for a study are the base upon which tasks and activities are developed. Whether it is a global study or US based study, our Project Managers will be an integral part of this process.

Execution

The result of a well orchestrated plan culminates in its seamless execution.  While there will undoubtedly be unexpected issues, a team led by an experienced Project Manager is poised to address these potential setbacks in a timely manner.  Mitigating foreseen and unforeseen risk is always part of the plan.  Our Project Managers work with clients in responding efficiently and effectively during critical times.
